This role will give you the opportunity to undertake good quality work and develop your career within a highly reputable legal practice, whilst also offering a great work-life balance. You will need a strong generalist HR background, covering employee relations, performance and absence management, redundancies, grievance and disciplinary investigations, restructuring and strategic HR planning.

KentHR is affiliated with Brachers law firm which is a well regarded and award winning law firm in Kent, and which is part of the national Lawfront group of law firms. The Brachers employment law team and KentHR team currently consists of 10 legal advisors (including Partners, Senior Associates, Solicitors and HR Consultants) and 2 support staff. The team is led by Catherine Daw, and you will be expected to work with your colleagues, as well as independently, dealing with a range of interesting work and clients.

You will need to be a team player with the ability to multi-task and the desire to provide HR Consultancy to a variety of clients. You will need to demonstrate that you are able to work on your own and as part of the KentHR team, manage your own projects and use your initiative. You will be confident that the advice given to clients is in accordance with best practice.  Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate that you have excellent oral and written communications skills, strong presentation skills along with the ability and desire to obtain new business. CIPD qualification to level 5 is desired, but comparable experience would be considered.
